Do I need to install anything?

No. It runs in the browser on your office PC, laptop or phone.

Can my staff have separate logins?

Yes, by role: operations, transport, finance and director. Each person sees what their role needs.

Can I use only finance or only transport?

Yes. Pick the modules you need, and pricing follows.

Is my data safe?

Hornbill is registered with the ODPC. Each person has their own login with role-based access, and the data sits on a managed cloud server, not on one office PC.
